It was already closing time in Lagoa restaurant but they still accommodate us and greeted my daughter for her bday, makes it more special. Thanks all to the staff. We enjoyed our stay

Good

The bed is comfortable and the view and surroundings are amazing. But the couch is stained and does not look clean. The staff are nice and professional. The pool is also great.

The food in all the restaurants are bad and not worth the price. I would come back if the food is good but having no other options in the vicinity and it was not possible to cook our own food in the hotel, I would not return to the same hotel anymore. Everything is overpriced. The beach is also not that amazing.

Highly recommended for everyone but most especially, for families who have kids. ????

We really opted to stay here in Pico Sands Hotel because it’s very kid friendly. My toddler enjoyed swimming and the indoor playground so much! Will be coming back again for sure because of the amenities; not to mention super babait din ng staff nila. Walang mataray!

The cabinets where we stayed at doesn’t fully close which is quite a hazard for us because we have a toddler (that’s super likot) and an infant. Nilagyan na lang namin ng tissue para hindi magopen. We didn’t have the energy to complain na & change rooms kasi nakapag-settle na kami plus we were already exhausted.

Hotel and Facilities are good but not worth the money for a 4star hotel.

Great selection of breakfast, place is nice with beautiful scenery of the lake and mountain, delicious foods served in Lagoa restaurant. Many activities to enjoy, very expensive though.

Beach area is okay(not that clean), and is close to public for use. Beds are not comfortable We booked for 4 rooms and were upgraded with a lake view for additional cost but can't enjoy the view from the balcony because a big tree is covering it My card was charged twice for the security deposit and as of now, still no update on the refund.

Great place to stay!

Breakfast has a good variety of food, I love the food. Even with the other restaurants, the variety of food was great. Although the one near the pool was a bit slow in bringing out our orders, all in all, it was great. The staff and housekeeping were great and always smiled at us. They are ready to serve you. The pool was great and the beach was amazing!

The cold water dispenser on the floor was in was not working. I have to go to the other floor to get colder water.

Security at the gate refused to let me in despite my reservation, there is lack of communication with the front desk and security.

It was a trying hard to be hotel. Staff and management are trained to work for a department store and not a hotel. Everything was sub-standard, the bathroom water closet was broken, the curtain shade was broken, and even the breakfast being served was not good as it is very salty.

the place was clean and tidy

I was provided with a price from Booking.com on arrival the price had doubled when i enquired why the price increase i was told the cost given was based on a week day stay not the week end rate, for heavens sake I booked the weekend, the dates confirmed this, the argument they gave was weak and lacked substance there was no consideration or customer service, would I return no would i recommend no. absolute no forethought by the staff will I tell other people of my experience yes, I vote with my feet

We hate the wrist tag that you have to wear during your stay - felt like a patient identification wristband. Mosquitoes everywhere, unmaintained beachfront, garbage floating, old furnishings, old towels, uncleaned bed sheets, pillow smells like sweat... etc.

breakfast was very good. proximity of the pool, ocean and chapel made for convenience. Serenity abounds. However, weekend was very crowded and noisy. suggest staying at the hotel during the week.

The occasional rain occurred 2 of the 4 days. The crowded weekend was noisy. The room 402 was a disappointment since it was facing the mountain and had no terrace.

Well I like the location because they preserve the nature, all the staff are courteous and polite, we enjoy also the food and some of the facilities like billiard and bowling. but we experienced a black out during our stay, and we are waiting for the phone call on the front desk for an update when will they operate the generator and takes half an hour before the generator starts.

you can put the menu for in room dining so the guest don't need to go down to order food, buffet breakfast has a slow replenishment variety wise is ok and also I hope that it has other room option in booking.com for the room offer i got the premier room with mountain view with 2 queen beds but we are only couple

One of the best facilities - resort areas in vicinity of Manila. Plenty of sports, picturesque bay and pleasurable environment.

The staff who granted my birthday surprise for my husband was beyond my expectation.

The location though we came already from Batangas, it took us 2-3 hours of driving due to stiffness and zigzag roads going to the place.
